Terms and Conditions
Minimum Stay

In an effort to minimize our carbon footprint, we require a three night minimum stay.
Age Requirement

Due to our remote location we are unable to accommodate guests under the age of 5.
Prices and Taxes

All room charges are subject to 10% Panama Hotel Tax and all incidental charges are subject to 7% Panama Tourism Tax.
Payment

Cash, bank transfer, or credit card are accepted.
Smoking Policy

We are a smoke-free resort. There is no smoking permitted in guest rooms or public spaces.
Beverage Policy

We have a full bar which includes well and premium liquors, an organic wine list and classic Panamanian beers. Consumption of outside alcohol while on property is not permitted.

Our menu is plant-focused, with the exception of fresh fish caught by local fisherman in the waters surrounding the property.
Cancellation Policy
To confirm your reservation, we require a 50% deposit by credit card or bank transfer. Reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to check-in will be refunded the deposit amount less a $100 administration fee. Cancellations 45 to 60 days prior to check-in will forfeit 50% of the deposit amount. Any reservations cancelled within 45 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit in full.
